Jackie Lowe-Stevenson, MSSA, LISW


Jackie Stevenson, MSSA, LISWJackie Lowe Stevenson is the founder and CEO of Spirit of Leadership LLC providing coaching, training, seminars and retreat opportunites for corporations and not- for-profit organizations.

She has the ability to work as a consultant, coach, therapist and educator. She is the is past Director of the Mandel Jewish Community Center of Cleveland and past Clinical Center Director of the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. She teaches and lectures within the U.S. and in Turkey, Israel and Mexico.  She is an adjunct professor at the Mandel School of Social Sciences at Case Western Reserve University and on the faculty of the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland.  Jackie’s professional practice includes Equine Guided Coaching and Experiential Learning and natural horsemanship methods. She is a pioneer in this work and has trained and collaborated in developing this cutting edge organizational development  modality through out the United States and in Europe   She works with individuals, groups and organizations. She is the founder of  “Wolf Creek”;  a wilderness based leadership and personal development training program for women. Over 100 women have participated in this year long training program  exploring the teachings of nature and the power of personal presence and the what is possible when creating community.

Lisa Roll Kayser, BA

Lisa Roll Kayser BA, founder and President of Butterfly Ridge Properties LLC.,has over 20 years experience in Marketing/Sales and in training business professionals for Eastman Kodak, Walgreens, and L’Oreal. She is a  graduate of The Gestalt Institute Program, May 2008.    She is committed to expanded  methods of self and business development through hands on work with horses and nature based programs.  She has a strong belief that all life experiences provide opportunity to grow and learn. Her welcoming presence and strength based approach deepens the experience and reminds us that learning can be inspiring and fun.

Herb Stevenson, MA

Herb Stevenson is President/CEO of the Cleveland Consulting Group, Inc., where he focuses on organizations that recognize that business is not a problem to be solved. He employs the use of dialogic techniques such as focused conversations, critical incidents, and public conversations to enable communications that have meaning and lead to awareness and decisions with depth and breadth. Herb has been a management consultant for over twenty years and a business executive for over 25 years. For 15 years, he was Executive Vice President with Young & Associates, Inc., Kent, Ohio, a management consulting firm employing approximately 25 professional and staff personnel.  During his tenure within banking, he specialized in business start-up and rapid growth.   He specializes in executive and board support through coaching or consulting, and diversity training. He supports executives and board members in strategic issues related to long term planning processes as well as in day-to-day operating procedures. Herb is the founder of the Natural Passages program that is a one year program that explores male maturity in today’s world.
